ShockWIRED/HTMS Interlink Agreement and Disclaimer of Warranty.
Section 1: Notice of service to all visitors of ShockWIRED
ShockWIRED Inc. contains copyrighted material, trademarked material and
information such as, but not limited to, text, photographs,
graphics and sound. ShockWIRED holds US and Canadian copyrights, and written material by the authors
is considered copyrighted material under Internet protocols and the United States
Patent Laws, and may not be used, redistributed or published for profitable means without the express,
written consent of ShockWIRED. All visitors to the ShockWIRED network may not modify, publish,
transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in anyway use the resources
provided by ShockWIRED in whole or in part. All visitors may feel free to download any and all material
for the visitors private, home use only. No part of those informations downloaded may be re-used in
anyway without the express, written consent of ShockWIRED. All downloaded information may not be
changed in anyway from the originals for use onother pages other than for and by the ShockWIRED,
Halfway To Mars and X\S Anime networks and affiliate sites.

Geocities and Yahoo are United States based Web Service Providers. All
criminal defacements of, illegal intrusion into, and misuse of, the
ShockWIRED web page are subject to penalties described in the
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.
HTMS Interlink Incorporated and X\S Anime Limited are Canadian-based web services.
All criminal defacements of, illegal intrusion into, and misuse of, the
HTMS Interlink and X\S Anime web pages are subject to penalties described in the
Criminal Code of Canada ( R.S. 1985, c. C-46 ) Part IX Section 342.1.
Section 2: Notice of service to all visitors of HTMS Interlink
HTMS Interlink (formerly Halfway To Mars Interlink Systems) contains copyrighted material,
trademarked material and
information such as, but not limited to, text, photographs,
graphics and sound. HTMS Interlink holds US and Canadian copyrights on information
such as, but not limited to, text, photographs and software. All
material, written or otherwise, is copyrighted material is protected under Internet protocols,
United States Patent and Trademark Law, and The Patent Cooperation Treaty.
All copyrighted materials as described above may not be used, redistributed or published for profitable
means without the express, written consent of HTMS Interlink. All visitors to the HTMS Interlink
network may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works,
or in anyway use the resources provided by HTMS Interlink in whole or in part. All visitors may feel
free to download any and all material for the visitors private, home use only. No part of those
informations downloaded may be re-used for purposed other than private, home
viewing without the express, written consent of HTMS Interlink. All downloaded information may not be
changed in anyway from the originals for use on, but not limited to,

Uses of the title "ShockWIRED" and "ShockWIRED K&K" are interchangable
ShockWIRED is a division of HTMS Interlink Systems Inc.
Concentrated Stupidity and Brain Juice are both divisions of HTMS Interlink
X\S Anime is a division of HTMS Interlink
Section 4: Limitation of Liability for ShockWIRED
Once entered into the pages of the ShockWIRED network, all visitors are excepting all terms and
agreements set forth in this service agreement and disclaimer of warranty.

The use of ShockWIRED is souly at the visitors risk. All material contained within the links of
ShockWIRED has been fully scanned, cleaned and believed to be virus-free upon the date of
uploading.
Neither ShockWIRED, it's affiliates or third party contacts warrant that ShockWIRED will be
uninterupted or error free. The above mentioned do not hold any guarantee as to the results that may
be obtained from the use of ShockWIRED, or to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided
through the links of ShockWIRED, unless otherwise specified. ShockWIRED is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties, either express or implied, i

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury cause by any failure of
performance, omission of information, deletion, computer virus infection, communication line failure,
faulty information or theft of information, destruction or unauthorized access due to alterations for
any use. All visitors acknowlege that ShockWIRED are not liable for the defamatory, offensive or
illegal conduct of third parties or other visitors.

ShockWIRED own and have compiled all translated and transliterated lyrics pertaining to X-Japan,
hide, hide with Spread Beaver, Zilch, Toshi, V2 , Yoshiki and Malice Mizer. All lyrics presented are
copyright by their respective owners by dates those particular lyrics were released.
All translated and/or transliterated lyrics included in ShockWIRED are copyright ShockWIRED as
per protocols described in Section 2. No use including, but not limited to, redistribution, publishing
of deviated work, profitable use or publishing, or any use outside private, fan use is strictly
prohibited. WIRED K&K, nor any of its affiliates, will not be held responsible for misuse or
redistribution without consent, of any information provided within ShockWIRED.
All views and opinions expressed within ShockWIRED are not necessarily those expressed by the
staff, management or personnel of SAIT Institute of Technology. SAIT in no way approves, provides
space, funding or references for use within ShockWIRED. SAIT is in no way affiliated with, or
